We are working regularly via the internet with clients we have not met in person. Proofs are supplied as pdf files via email. Hard copy proofs can be supplied by post or courier. Final artwork can be supplied in a range of formats, either electronically or written to cd and sent by post or courier.
After an initial discussion we will provide a quotation, and once this is agreed we ask for a 20% upfront payment as a token of intent.
We will then produce the initial designs, discuss these with you, amend them as necessary, then produce final proofs and artwork.
When the final proofs are signed off we ask for settlement in full and then release the final artwork.
This is a general scheme that can vary with discussion and according to the nature of the work undertaken. Account facilities are available to returning clients.
We are able to accept payments from a variety of credit and debit cards through our Paypal account.
