Terms of Business

We are working regularly via the internet with clients we have not met in person. Proofs are supplied as pdf files via email. Hard copy proofs can be supplied by post or courier where appropriate. Final artwork can be supplied in a range of formats, either electronically or written to cd/dvd and sent by post or courier.

After an initial discussion we will provide a quotation, and once this is agreed we ask for a 33% upfront payment as a token of intent, with the balance becoming due on completion.

We produce initial designs, discuss these with you, amend them as necessary, and continue this process until you are satisfied with the result. Then we produce final artwork.

This is a general scheme that can vary with discussion and according to the nature of the work undertaken. Account facilities are available to returning clients.

We are able to accept payments from a variety of credit and debit cards through our Paypal account.
